An update from firmware version 11.XXX.XX.XX.XX is not supported/possible. Please contact router@support.netmodule.com The version must be in mimimum 12.XXX.XX.XX.XX

Check your current firmware: /Home/Status/System –> Modules MobileX

The firmware of a module can directly be updated in the following way, by selecting the corresponding file (typically delta files <10MB), first downloaded from: ftp://public:public@share.netmodule.com/firmware/

If the file is bigger than 10MB the following message appears: Firmware Update: File is larger than 10 MB

The file must be loaded from a server selecting “Update operation:Download from URL e.g. ftp://public:public@share.netmodule.com/firmware/me909-12.636.12.01.00-full.tar.gz

or from another server using:

http://,  https://, ftp://, tftp://, file://
