====== How to add a router to the connectivity suite ====== The following artical describes how to add any netmodule router to a connectivity suite instance. ===== Requirements ===== 1.Running Connectivity Suite instance * - valid device license * - opened port 50041 (provisioning server default port) * - One VPN Server Network configured 2.Netmodule router with * - Latest software 4.8.0.105 or higher * - Internet access * - SSH serives running on port 22 (default) mandatory ===== Generate provisioning config ===== 1.Download the current user-config from the unit you want to add to your instance {{:connectivity-suite:userdownload.png?600|}} ---- 2.Add the user-config to your instance as shown: {{:connectivity-suite:userprovisioning.png?600|}} ---- 3.The connecticity suite automatically added the provisioning openvpn config parameter to your config. This is mandatory to connect to you instance.Download the provisiong config as shown: {{:connectivity-suite:userprovisioningdownload.png?600|}} ---- 4.Important: upload the provisioning user-config back to your router to apply the openvpn config parameter. Please use the shown "configuration mode" to apply only the provisiong vpn tunnel to your config: {{:connectivity-suite:uploadprovisioning.png?600|}} ---- 5. After all this steps the router suppose to appear on the provisioning dashboard section {{:connectivity-suite:provisioningdashboard.png?600|}} ===== Move device to VPN Server ===== 1. After the router successfully has been added to the provisioning you can easily assign a router to a VPN Server. Follow the shown steps and select a VPN Server: {{:connectivity-suite:movedevice.png?600|}} The connectivity suite deploys the new setting via the existing provisioning openvpn tunnel. This might take a few seconds. After this step you have been added a router to a connectivity suite.
